TAPAN 48th State Conference Waitlist and Cancellations

Greetings!

We are extremely excited about our upcoming State Conference September 27th and 28th in The Woodlands at the Embassy Suite Hotel.  Currently, we have reached our maximum capacity for this conference.  We will be meeting with the hotel later this week to see what options we have to increase the number of attendees.  In the meantime, we have started a waitlist.  The waitlist will be done in a first come first serve manner, so if you are thinking about attending please register.

If you need to cancel, you may do so without penalty until September 15th.  This is a change from the original verbiage in conference brochure in order to accommodate as many people possible.  After this date, no refunds will be issued and you will subjected to the full cancellation fee as we are turning away potential attendees.

A few friendly reminders:

Friday 9/27 registration begins at 5:15pm and the dress is cocktail and/or business attire incorporating your assigned Region Colors which is as follows:

Pink:  West Texas Panhandle

Green:  Hill Country

Blue:  North and East

Red:  Upper Gulf Coast

Saturday 9/28 Registration begins at 7:00am and you will need to attend the conference in its entirety to receive contact hours.  If you have purchased a TAPAN T-Shirt, please wear it on Saturday!
